Who knew bread and butter could be so fun? During our monthly second Monday Grange Night Grangers and guests alike gathered to explore the wonderful world of bread and butter. After a quick overview of the very simple recipe for Artisan Bread everyone had the chance to dig into the dough themselves - shaping and in some cases flavoring their very own loaves. Then everyone was treated to a Grange classic - The Science of Butter and had the chance to enjoy the results, fresh baked bread with freshly churned (or shaken) butter. YUM!
