Oak Leaf Grange meets at noon on the first Saturday of the month at the historic Oak Leafe Grange Hall in Stark.
In May, we partnered with the North Branch Lioness and Legion Auxiliary and planted the flower pots and flower bed at Uptown Maple Commons, a senior living center that one of our Grange Sisters calls home. The flowers were still blooming in October. They did look colorful.
In June we hosted our annual Ice Cream Social during Start Summer Stroll. Many people enjoyed seeing our 1896 Grange Hall. This fundraiser helps us pay our property taxes, and we look forward to hosting it again in 2017! We hope you join us!
Oak Leaf Grange member, Gwendolyn Swenson received Best of Show for her photo of a baby bird which was displayed at the 150th National Grange Session in Washington D.C.
On January 7th, we had our annual Christmas Dinner at the Brass Rail in Grandy and enjoyed each other's company. We also collected food items for the local food shelf.
